Flight restrictions lifted at four airports in Russia

At the airports of Vladikavkaz, Magas, Makhachkala and Sheremetyevo, restrictions on the reception and release of civilian aircraft have been lifted. Artem Korenyako, a representative of the Federal Air Transport Agency, wrote about this on December 12 in his Telegram channel.

According to Korenyako, such measures were introduced in connection with flight safety. During their operation, one aircraft flying to Vladikavkaz and four aircraft heading to Makhachkala "left" for alternate airfields.

It will not be easy to achieve compensation for moral damage — a large-scale failure may be recognized as force majeure.

Earlier that day, temporary restrictions on the reception and release of aircraft were introduced at Moscow's Domodedovo, Zhukovsky and Vnukovo airports. Later, similar measures were taken in Makhachkala, as well as at the airports of Vladikavkaz, Grozny and Magas.
