Putin and Erdogan noted the comprehensive development of relations between Russia and Turkey

Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan noted that relations between the two countries are developing in all areas. This was stated by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov on December 12.

"In general, there are some issues, but there are no significant problems between us," RIA Novosti quoted Peskov as saying.

The presidential press secretary also said that Turkey is waiting for the timely commissioning of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant, the launch of the first reactor of which is scheduled for 2026.
