The International Medical Cluster has completed the construction of a Center for Chronic Diseases, which will provide care to patients with incurable diseases that require constant medical attention. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin told about this on his channel in the MAX messenger.

The Center for Chronic Diseases will provide world-class medical care, the mayor of the capital said. The main areas of the center's work will be geriatrics, rehabilitation and palliative care. In addition, there will be a children's department, where small patients with multiple chronic pathologies will be sent, and a department of hydrokinesiotherapy, where therapeutic exercises in an aquatic environment will be performed for patients. In addition, there will be a psychological service for relatives of patients.

Providing Muscovites with high—quality medicine is the most important task of the city authorities, says Sergei Sobyanin. So, in the spring of next year, the construction of the medical and diagnostic complex of the Moscow City Oncological Hospital No. 62 will be completed in the capital, construction and modernization in urban hospitals will continue. For example, new complexes are currently being built at the N.V. Sklifosovsky Research Institute of Emergency Medicine, Hospital 52 and a number of other medical institutions in Moscow.
