The XVI Russian-Indian Business Dialogue will be held in Moscow
On December 16, the XVI Russian-Indian Business Dialogue will be held at the Rossiya Segodnya MIA press center. Every year it strengthens its importance, remaining a key element of the traditional cooperation between Russia and India, actively promoted at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF).
The organizers are the Indian Business Alliance, the Business Council for Cooperation with India, the Moscow Government and the Roscongress Foundation.
"Russia and India have a special, time-tested relationship based on mutual respect, trust and the desire for joint progress. The St. Petersburg International Economic Forum has been a reliable platform for strengthening this dialogue for many years, and the traditional Russian-Indian business dialogue is an important component of it," said Alexey Valkov, Deputy Director of the Roscongress Foundation and Director of the SPIEF.
The dialogue will discuss key areas of strategic partnership in a changing world order: logistics and industrial localization, expansion of trade and investment cooperation, banking and financial mechanisms, legal regulation, human capital development, energy, pharmaceuticals and digital technologies.
The event will be attended by representatives of government agencies, business and the expert community of Russia and India, including: Sergey Cheryomin, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Foreign Economic and International Relations of the City of Moscow; Dmitry Volvach, Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation; Alexander Shokhin, President of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs; Alexander Shokhin, Special Representative of the President of the Russian Federation for Relations with international organizations to achieve the goals of sustainable development Boris Titov; Deputy Director of the Roscongress Foundation, Director of the SPIEF Alexei Valkov.
