Answering a question about the idea proposed by Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky to hold a referendum to determine the affiliation of Donbass, Russian Presidential aide Yuri Ushakov said that the entire Donbass is Russian. He reported this to journalist Alexander Yunashev on December 12.

"The entire part of Donbass is Russian," he stressed.
