Singer Larisa Dolina did not know about the fraudulent schemes before the scam with her apartment. This became known on December 12 from court documents in the case of the actress, which were reviewed by Izvestia on December 12.

It is also noted that if she had told someone close to her about the situation, he would have helped "stabilize her condition."

"Dolina could have confronted criminals if she had been aware of the topic of new fraudulent schemes, as well as if she had told at least one loved one about the situation, who, with the help of feedback, could have stabilized her psychoemotional state, returned to the "here and now", reassured and supported, and also helped to address to law enforcement agencies," the documents say.

On December 11, it was reported that fraudsters involved in the theft of the singer's apartment could use social programming methods and other psychological pressure techniques against the artist. According to the case file, the scammers used emotional swings, the so-called targeting calls, and also put pressure on fatigue with a Valley. It was also noted that Dolina unconditionally followed the instructions of the scammers on whose behalf she sold the apartment.

The scandal surrounding Dolina's apartment occurred due to the sale of real estate and its subsequent return to the singer's ownership. Svetlana Sviridenko, the lawyer of the buyer of Polina Lurie's apartment, said on December 8 that at the time of the transaction there was no doubt about the sanity of the actress. On the same day, it became known that Dolina, in her lawsuit against the buyer of the apartment, stated that she had not shown reasonable care when concluding the transaction.

On December 5, Lurie rejected Dolina's proposal for a settlement agreement related to the fraud case as unacceptable. The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation will consider the dispute over Dolina's apartment on December 16. The materials of the singer's civil case were transferred to the judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for consideration.
