Ukraine has deployed foreign mercenaries and MLRS at the Odessa portside plant
The fact of Kiev's deployment of foreign mercenaries and multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) on the territory of the Odessa portside plant has been established. This was announced on December 12 by the head of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Protection Forces (RCBZ). Major General Alexey Rtishchev of the Russian Armed Forces.
"During the operational activities, it was established that foreign mercenaries, Romanian citizens, and multiple launch rocket systems were deployed on the territory of the Odessa portside plant in the village of Yuzhnoye," he said at a briefing.
It is noted that in September 2025, the head of the enterprise appealed to the military administration of the region with a request to release the first-class danger facility from unknown persons and equipment, since in the event of a fire damage, more than 200 tons of liquid ammonia would spill, which would lead to a man-made disaster.
"Realizing that our troops do not strike chemical industry facilities, Kiev uses them as a man-made shield, regardless of the possible risks to the local population," added Rtishchev.
Also, as part of the briefing, the head of the RCBZ troops stated that Western military and financial assistance provokes violations by the Kiev regime of international standards for the handling of nuclear materials. According to him, the degradation of the public administration system in Ukraine, with the connivance of Western countries, could endanger not only the country's environmental disaster, but also neighboring European states.
