The producer of "Tender May" may be arrested in absentia in a fraud case.

The investigating authorities have filed a petition to the court for the arrest in absentia of the producer of "Tender May" Andrei Razin, who is suspected of particularly large-scale fraud. This was reported on December 11 in the electronic database of the Tagansky Court of Moscow.

"The court has received a request from the investigative authorities to choose a preventive measure for Razin A.A. in the form of arrest in absentia," the electronic file says.
