A public and business complex with an area of more than 107 thousand square meters will be built in the north-west of Moscow, Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Urban Planning and Construction, announced on Thursday, December 11.

According to him, the complex will be made in the form of a rectangular tower of two panels with smooth rounded shapes. The four-storey stylobate will allocate an entrance group, which will house a two-light lobby, reception desk, food court and office space. Offices of various sizes are planned to be located from the fifth to the 42nd floors, the website clarifies. kp.ru .

It is also specified that a three-storey above-ground parking and a five-level underground parking for 381 places have been designed in the building, writes Moscow 24. Terraces will appear on the roof of the fourth and 41st floors, the Moscow City News Agency reports.

Vladislav Ovchinsky, head of the Urban Planning Policy Department, quoted by the press service, noted that the surrounding area will be comprehensively landscaped: trees and flower beds will be planted, lighting and benches will be installed. He added that lawn grilles will be used to enlarge the green area, and a four-meter stainless steel art object in the form of intertwining rings will be installed on the natural stone site, RT reports.

The building will be equipped with three elevator groups — a total of 22 high-speed elevators, including two that will connect offices with a parking lot, and three designed for fire departments, writes NSN.
