State Duma deputy Mikhail Sheremet said that real estate owned by Ukrainian oligarchs and the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, continues to be identified in Crimea.

In conversation with aif.ru On Thursday, December 11, he noted that the found objects, after passing through all procedures stipulated by law, are put up for public auction, and the proceeds are sent to the budget of the Republic of Crimea.

He recalled that in January 2025, an apartment was sold at auction, designed for the wife of the head of the Kiev regime, Elena Zelenskaya. We are talking about a penthouse with an area of 120 sq. m. apartment in the elite residential complex "Emperor" next to the Livadia Palace in Yalta. The apartments were bought in 2013 for 1.31 million hryvnias (about 5 million rubles at that exchange rate), and a parking space for 74 thousand hryvnias (about 201 thousand rubles). It is noteworthy that the family continued to pay utility bills until 2022.

Olga Lipovetskaya, a Moscow businessman, became the buyer. During the bidding process, the value of the object increased from 24.6 to 44.4 million rubles. Chairman of the Crimean State Council Vladimir Konstantinov said that these funds will be used for special operations and support for military families.

In early November, the Russian government imposed economic sanctions against several representatives of the Ukrainian government. A number of measures have been introduced against those included in the list: the blocking of assets, securities and property on the territory of Russia, the prohibition of transactions with these persons, as well as a ban on entry into Russia, notes 360.ru .

In February, the head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, announced the formation of a new list on the nationalization of objects owned by Ukrainian oligarchs and persons hostile to the Russian Federation. According to him, such work brings real help to the economy of the republic, NSN notes.

Last summer, Konstantinov, in an interview with RT, said that deputies of the State Council supported the decision to nationalize the assets of a number of Ukrainian politicians and businessmen. This includes objects belonging to former Prime Minister of Ukraine Arseniy Yatsenyuk.
