More than 40 km of roads leading to schools have been repaired in the Pskov region

In 2025, 42 km of roads leading to schools were repaired in five districts of the Pskov region. This was reported to the Pskov news feed by the regional Ministry of Transport and Road Management.

In the Strugo-Krasnensky district, a section of the Tsapelka – Novoselye – Strugi Krasnye – Plyussa road was put in order. The renovation of the 17.45 km section provided reliable access to the Strugo-Krasnenskaya school.

A 9.6 km section of the Olsha–Velizh– Usvyaty–Nevel road was repaired in the Nevelsky district. The work on this road made it possible to ensure accessibility for four schools in the city of Nevel at once.

In the Pechora region, almost 8 km of the Gverston–Krupp–Kulye road, which leads to the Krupp school, was put in order. 5.3 km of the Pushkinskie Gory– Loknya road to the Loknyanskaya school has also been repaired.

Work was also carried out in the Sebezhsky district. The section of the Idritsa–Lopatovo highway leading to the Idritsa secondary school was overhauled there.

The Ministry notes that the repair work at the facilities has already been completed. The plots have been accepted and put into operation. The repairs were carried out within the framework of the national project "Infrastructure for Life".

On December 1, it was reported that all road works planned for this year under the national project "Infrastructure for Life" had been completed in the Pskov region. There are only objects remaining that will be transferred to subsequent years. We are talking about bridges that have been under repair for several years.
