The incident occurred on Lenin Street in the city of Petrov Val and led to the partial destruction of an apartment building. The preliminary version of the causes of the incident is related to violations during the operation of gas equipment.

"According to the information received at the moment, there are four victims — three adults and one child," the department's Telegram channel says.
