According to Mediascope, the VK Video platform has become the leader in Russia in terms of daily and monthly audience. In the first week of December, the daily audience exceeded 40 million people. The monthly audience in November was 77 million users. The average daily viewing time has increased by 40%. The growth is due to an increase in the volume of content and the number of authors.

The number of authors has doubled and reached 331 thousand people. This ensured the constant updating of the feed and the expansion of the thematic diversity. The volume of video downloads increased 4.6 times, with users posting 4.16 million videos in October.

According to him, the number of VK Video app installations has reached 91 million and is the best confirmation of the demand for the Russian video service. During the year, the average viewing time increased by 15%, and the number of sessions on the main page increased by almost a third, Duksin added.
