On December 13, the immersive show "Beyond the Circus" celebrates one year since its opening — and during this time has confirmed the status of one of the most mysterious projects in Moscow. During the year, more than 65,000 guests looked behind the scenes of the circus, and almost four thousand hours of show programs saw its corridors. The rehearsals don't stop for a single day, and the program is constantly evolving. For example, the performance of the illusionist of the old circus, the mysterious Ignatz, has been modernized.

"Performing magic tricks is much more difficult than it seems to the public. To make them truly exciting, it is necessary to produce unique props. Professional magicians never share secrets — they create everything themselves. So Ignaz will soon embark on a journey in search of new wonders," says Dmitry Ragozin, head of the department of the Islands of Dreams show.

In addition, the Island of Dreams launched its own newspaper chronicle, the Circus Bulletin, which, according to legend, was published from 1880 to 1910 and recorded the most high—profile events of the circus world. The modern edition tells about the heroes of the show — the Krikk brothers, mysterious artists of the old circus and those whose fates are intertwined in a story full of secrets and fateful decisions. The newspaper is made in the pre-reform spelling and style of the late 19th century and has already sold 120,000 copies. The new issue will be released in February 2026.
