A man and a child were killed in an explosion at Perm Polytechnic University. This was announced on December 11 by the Ministry of Territorial Security of the Perm Region.
"According to preliminary information, as a result of a violation of the technological process, a test machine came off the hydrodynamic stand," the Telegram channel says.
