Moscow's industrial enterprises have attracted about 300 billion rubles for their development with the support of the city. This was announced by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, from his channel in the MACH messenger.
The Moscow Fund for Industry and Entrepreneurship Support has provided assistance to more than 170 companies since the beginning of the interest compensation program on investment loans, the mayor noted. With these funds, the enterprises have built more than 2.6 million square meters. m of production space and purchased more than 1.6 thousand pieces of equipment. It is expected that, thanks to financial support, about 50,000 new high-paying jobs will be created by 2030.
In 2025, 18 industrial projects are being implemented with the support of the fund, which will create more than 2.3 thousand jobs, the mayor noted. He stressed that in 2026, the Moscow authorities will continue to provide financial support to companies. "This will allow us to maintain the availability of investment resources and continue the implementation of priority projects for technological leadership," wrote the head of the capital.
Sobyanin recalled that the fund also provides support tools such as compensation for part of lease payments and part of the cost of connecting charging stations for electric vehicles to urban networks. The foundation also provides financial support for the construction of sports facilities.
