The WSJ reported on US plans to reintegrate Russia into the global economy

The United States has proposed to European countries a plan for Russia's return to the global economy as part of the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine. This was reported on December 11 by The Wall Street Journal (WSJ).

The US plan, in particular, suggests that American companies will "invest in strategic sectors, from rare earth metals to oil drilling in the Arctic," the publication says.
