Pulkovo Airport in St. Petersburg accepts flights diverted from Moscow due to time restrictions on flights in the capital. This was reported on December 11 in the Telegram channel of the air harbor.

"There are temporary restrictions on the admission and release of aircraft at Moscow airports. Pulkovo Airport accepts redirected flights as a backup," the statement said.
