The Russian air defense forces shot down one unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) that was flying towards Moscow. This was announced on December 10 by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

"The Defense Ministry's air defenses shot down a drone flying to Moscow," Sobyanin wrote on his Telegram channel.
