Vladimir Yefimov, Deputy Mayor of Moscow for Urban Planning and Construction, said on Wednesday, December 10, that over the past six months, the capital has begun the active phase of implementing 14 large-scale investment projects aimed at developing social, transport and industrial infrastructure.

He recalled that the IAPM mechanism has been operating in Moscow since 2016. Efimov noted that 14 investors notified the city of the receipt of building permits and started work. About 18.2 hectares of land have been allocated for the projects in six districts of the capital. Among the examples, he cited the construction of a kindergarten for 350 places in the west of the city, a preschool for 150 places in the north, where road infrastructure facilities will also appear, and a new production complex in Zelenograd, writes RT.

Ekaterina Solovyova, Minister of the Moscow Government and head of the City Property Department, added that there are about 370 IPAs in the capital at various stages of implementation. Investors will be able to build more than 12.5 million square meters on plots of almost 790 hectares. the Ministry of Real Estate, informs NSN.

Maxim Liksutov, Deputy Mayor of the capital for Transport and Industry, noted at the end of November that, on behalf of Sergei Sobyanin, the city was actively developing industrial infrastructure.: More than 100 projects with a total area of more than 4 million square meters are currently being implemented, which will provide employment for about 60 thousand people, the Moscow City News Agency reports.
