More than 50 apartment disputes under the "Valley scheme" were considered in St. Petersburg. This was announced on December 10 by the head of the joint press service of the city courts, Daria Lebedeva.

"In 2024 and 2025, 52 similar cases were considered by the district courts of our city," the publication says.
