Medvedev held a meeting on the replenishment of the Russian Armed Forces by the military under the contract

On December 10, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev announced that he had held a meeting on the issues of staffing the Russian Armed Forces with military personnel under contract.

According to him, currently more than 400,000 military personnel have arrived in military units, and more than 34,000 have enlisted in volunteer units.

"The benchmarks that were set <...> have been practically achieved. More than 400,000 military personnel have arrived at the military units. And besides, more than 34 thousand people were enrolled in volunteer units. These are the current results," Medvedev wrote on the MAX messenger.
