Vladislav Bakalchuk has ceased to be a co-owner of Wildberries

Vladislav Bakalchuk, the former husband of the Wildberries founder, transferred his stake in the company to Tatiana Kim (Bakalchuk), according to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities (USRLE).

The corresponding change was made to the registry on December 10. Bakalchuk transferred 1% of the stake, ceasing to be the owner of the business. Kim now owns 100% of Wildberries LLC.

In July 2024, Kim filed a lawsuit against her husband Vladislav Bakalchuk for divorce. According to her, problems in the relationship with her husband and misunderstandings in their couple arose long before the announcement of the merger of the marketplace with Russ. Then she said that her husband owns 1% of Wildberries shares and does not participate in the management of the company.

In February 2025, it became known that the court officially divorced Tatiana Kim and Vladislav Bakalchuk. The man clarified that the children stayed with his ex-wife.
