Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed Oleg Khramov from the post of Deputy Secretary of the Security Council of Russia. The relevant decree was published on the official Internet portal of legal information on December 10.

The Russian leader also appointed Maxim Kutomkin, Deputy Secretary of the Security Council, to the vacant post.
