This was stated on December 10 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the proposal of the head of the Kiev regime, Vladimir Zelensky, to mutually abandon attacks on energy facilities.

Peskov stressed that the main thing for Russia is to achieve a long—term, guaranteed peace, which will be recorded in relevant international documents. He noted that this is an absolute priority.
