Sobyanin announced new construction plans under the KRT program
In Yuzhnoportovy district, Khoroshevo-Mnevniki and Lomonosovsky district of Moscow, inefficiently used land plots will be reorganized under the Integrated Territorial Development Program (CDT). The decisions on this were made at a meeting of the presidium of the Moscow government, the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, said on his channel in the IACH.
The total area of the plots to be reorganized is 10.6 hectares. Now they are occupied by abandoned warehouses and other outdated facilities, it is noted on mos.ru . In particular, housing for the renovation program and a new polyclinic in Dubrovsky Proezd will be built in these territories.
In addition, the Moscow government has decided to comprehensively develop three inefficiently used sections of the former Lenino industrial zone with a total area of 36.99 hectares. More than 381,000 square meters of housing will be built here, including for the renovation program, kindergartens for 850 children, an indoor ice rink and other social and business facilities.
The mayor of the capital also approved two projects for the planning of territories in the Sokolinaya Gora area. More than 50,000 square meters of apartments will be built on the plots for the renovation program, a kindergarten for 250 children, a medical center and a multifunctional community center. The territory will be landscaped, it is noted on mos.ru .
Earlier, Sobyanin announced plans to implement five projects for the integrated development of territories, which will create about 23,000 jobs in the city. In particular, technoparks, shopping malls, bank branches, cafes and restaurants will appear in the production area No. 11 "Ogorodny Proezd" in Maryina Grove. A complex of buildings will be built in Golyanov for enterprises of the light and electronic industries, jewelry, construction plants, and a printing plant.
