People's Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina stated during the trial that the apartment sold under the influence of fraudsters was her main place of residence. This was reported on December 10 by TASS with reference to the case file.

"In support of the demands [to return the apartment], Dolina referred to the fact that fraudulent actions had been committed against her for several months, which eventually led to the loss of ownership of the apartment, which is the main place of residence for her and her family members," the agency quotes an excerpt from the documents.
