The air Defense forces shot down an unmanned aerial vehicle that was heading towards Moscow. This was announced on December 10 by the mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin.

"The air defense forces of the Ministry of Defense destroyed a UAV flying to Moscow," he wrote on his channel in the messenger MAX.

According to Sobyanin, emergency services are working at the crash site.
