Larisa Dolina's disputed apartment was her main place of residence.
Singer Larisa Dolina claimed in court that the disputed apartment in the center of Moscow, the money from the sale of which she handed over to fraudsters, was her main place of residence. This was reported on December 10 in official court documents available to the media.
The materials indicate that the artist has been a victim of fraud for several months.
"In support of the requirements... (Valley. — Ed.) referred to the fact that fraudulent actions had been committed against her for several months, which eventually led to the loss of ownership of the apartment, which is the main place of residence for her and her family members," RIA Novosti quotes.
In March 2025, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow satisfied the counterclaims of Larisa Dolina and the buyer of her apartment, Polina Lurie, recovering more than 69 million rubles in favor of the singer as part of a criminal case. In the fall, the Moscow City Court confirmed the legality of the decision and the ownership of the disputed property beyond Dolina, her daughter and granddaughter. Lurie later filed a cassation appeal seeking a review of the recognition of the sale and purchase transaction as invalid.
In early December, Lurie rejected the artist's offer of a settlement agreement, saying through the media that she would wait for the outcome of the trial. Her lawyer noted on December 6 that there were no plans to withdraw the complaint from the Supreme Court. The dispute is scheduled to be considered on December 16, and the case materials have already been submitted to the judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.
