Crocus has appealed against the recovery of compensation to victims of the terrorist attack.

A branch of Crocus International CJSC, Crocus City Hall, has filed a complaint against the court's decision to recover compensation in favor of two victims of the terrorist attack and fire in the concert hall. This was reported on December 9 on the official portal of the courts of general jurisdiction of the city of Moscow.

In early December, the court partially satisfied the victims' claim.

The amount of compensation is not specified in the materials.

Earlier, on February 11, it was reported that Crocus International was recognized as the injured party in the criminal case of a terrorist attack, illegal trafficking of weapons and explosives, as well as participation in the activities of a terrorist organization. The company has been granted the right to participate in the process, provide evidence, and file a civil claim for compensation.
