President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky made a statement on December 9 in which he admits that Kiev does not have the strength to return Crimea to Ukraine.

"And to be honest, yes, we don't have the energy for all this today. We don't have enough support for all this," Zelensky said, commenting on his words on the return of Crimea.
