Ekaterina Alexandrovich, a lawyer and human rights defender who is a member of the Adyghe Republican Bar Association, told Izvestia on December 9.

"If you come to work earlier than required by the internal regulations, you should familiarize yourself with the internal regulations of your company. It may indicate that it is forbidden or unwelcome to arrive earlier. If it is convenient for you to arrive earlier, you can discuss this issue with your supervisor. Perhaps he will be able to make an exception or offer an alternative solution," the expert said.
