Experts said Dolina was forced to participate in apartment fraud.
Forensic experts and specialists in destructive influences stated that singer Larisa Dolina acted under psychological coercion from fraudsters. This is stated in court documents, which were reviewed by Izvestia on December 9.
Experts said that the attackers used a complex psychological impact — as a result, the Valley temporarily lost the ability to critically assess the situation. According to the results of the forensic psychiatric examination, against the background of pressure from scammers, she developed an adjustment disorder. Experts are convinced that scammers have "isolated" the singer from the outside world under threats, which has caused her expressed anxiety, fear and a sense of hopelessness. According to experts, the Valley has lost the opportunity to fully comprehend what is happening and resist. At the same time, the document states that the actress had not previously suffered from mental disorders and was able to testify.
Experts who conducted a political science (destructology) examination stated that the scammers used a scheme involving social isolation, mind control, and emotional swings. According to experts, Dolina's deception was facilitated by her personality traits, among which are high social responsibility, trustfulness and a focus on safety values, as well as a busy schedule, which, according to them, lowered the singer's vigilance.
Both examinations recognized Dolina as a victim of a crime. Experts said that the singer acted in a state of psychological coercion and was unaware of her assistance to the attackers.
On the morning of the same day, it became known that Dolina had undergone a psychiatric examination as part of the investigation into the sale of her apartment. At the same time, there were no requests for a forensic examination from the buyer Polina Lurie. The day before, it was reported that Dolina, in her lawsuit against the buyer of the apartment, stated that she had not shown reasonable care when concluding the transaction. It was later noted that Lurie had no doubts about the singer's sanity.
On December 5, Lurie rejected Dolina's offer of a settlement agreement related to the fraud case as unacceptable. Dmitry Borisov, the host of the "Let them Talk" program, noted that the customer refused to comment and urged them to wait for the court decision. It was clarified that on December 3, when the Supreme Court demanded the case materials, the singer's representative suggested that Lurie conclude an amicable agreement. The Supreme Court of the Russian Federation will consider the dispute over Dolina's apartment on December 16. The materials of the singer's civil case were transferred to the judge of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation for consideration.
In March 2025, the Khamovnichesky Court of Moscow ruled in favor of Dolina on the counterclaims of the artist and Lurie, who bought an apartment from her. It was noted that the court recovered over 69 million rubles in her favor as a result of the criminal case. In September, the court dismissed Lurie's appeal. In turn, the Moscow City Court recognized the lawful decision on the ownership of the disputed apartment for Dolina, her daughter and granddaughter. On October 27, Lurie appealed the decision to invalidate the purchase and sale of the singer's real estate to the Court of Cassation.
