Since the beginning of 2025, more than 12,000 people have found new jobs in the Moscow Region with the participation and support of the region's Personnel Center. Such data is reported by the regional Ministry of Economic Development.
The head of the department, Andrei Kiryukhin, whose words are quoted by the online publication Podmoskovye Segodnya, noted that experts often observe a tendency to change the field of activity. Thus, managers become entrepreneurs, managers become quality control experts, and postmen become social workers.
Job search and retraining services are provided in digital format, a personal visit is not required. You can sign up for a retraining program remotely or apply for employment assistance. The all-Russian portal "Work in Russia" collects offers from employers. The resource has become a key platform. It contains more than 89 thousand relevant vacancies for applicants from the Moscow region and other regions.
Various events are held aimed at those who want to change their profession or start all over again. In particular, more than 70 job fairs have been organized in the region since the beginning of the year. Career guidance events are held for the younger generation.
Earlier it was reported that a new measure to support large families will begin operating in the Moscow Region in 2026. From January 1, annual compensation of a portion of the tuition fees for students will be available if they are children from large families. This applies to families with four or more children.
