On December 11, the flagship center "My Job" will host the mentor's lounge "Women's Business", where Muscovites will learn how to open and develop their own business. The participants will include the wives, mothers, and sisters of the participants, and the program focuses on specific tools and support for the women's community. "For many women, starting a business is much more than just a way to earn money. The Moscow Employment Service always supports the development of the potential of every resident of the capital. And our mentor's lounge "Women's Business" is not an ordinary lecture, but a space where you can get specific business tools and, no less importantly, the support of the women's community," said Andrey Tarasov, head of the Moscow Employment Service.

It is specified that the event will begin with an analysis of labor market trends in 2026, a discussion of promising niches and franchising. In the "Path to Stable Practice" section, participants will be prompted on how to attract their first clients, develop a methodology, and plan a budget. At the session "From idea to scaling", a step—by-step algorithm will be analyzed - from the launch of the project to the principles of replication.

The experts will also conduct a training "The woman who creates the future of manufacturing," where they will talk about the transition from a technical role to a leadership one. At the seminar "Fulcrum points: how the body helps to find the way" the participants will be explained how regular exercise helps to solve complex issues.

The publication reports that the educational program will be completed by the training "How to become an entrepreneur in conditions of uncertainty", where strategies for building a sustainable business will be discussed in detail. In addition, the Women's Decision Support Circle session will be held, where participants will be able to discuss their ideas, receive feedback on projects and make useful contacts.

The event is being held with the participation of the Committee for the Development of Women's Entrepreneurship of the Moscow City Branch of the All-Russian Public Organization of Small and Medium-sized Businesses "Support of Russia".

The Moscow City Employment Service is the largest state personnel operator that helps residents of the capital in finding work.
