The State Duma named the reasons for the eviction of the owner from the housing

In some cases, the court may decide to evict the owner from his housing. This was announced on December 9 by Alexander Yakubovsky, a member of the State Duma Committee on Construction and Housing and Communal Services.

"The law does provide for several situations where the owner may lose his home, and this is always done only through the courts. For example, these are systematic violations of the rights of neighbors and the rules of use of residential premises. We are talking about regular noise at night, threats, and the creation of dangerous conditions. If the owner ignores the demands to eliminate violations, the court may decide to sell the apartment at auction under Article 293 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation," he told RIA Novosti.
