In the Moscow region it will be from -4 to +1 degrees during the day, at night the temperature may drop to -5 degrees.

Anatoly Tsygankov, head of the Russian Hydrometeorological Service's crisis Management Department, said on December 8 that changeable weather with noticeable temperature fluctuations is expected in Moscow this week.
