Sobyanin spoke about the results of landscaping in the south-east of Moscow

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin on Monday, December 8, summed up the improvement in the south-east of the capital, noting that major projects this year have been implemented in the Nizhny Novgorod region, Lefortovo, Marino and Nekrasovka.

In the Nizhny Novgorod region, a modern sports cluster has appeared on the previously empty territory near house 8 on Nizhnyaya Khokhlovka Street: a workout zone, exercise equipment, playgrounds with horizontal bars, handlebars and a punching bag, a padel tennis area with spectator stands and an all-season sports box. Another similar cluster was set up on Ryazansky Prospekt, where residents received additional opportunities for active recreation — from workout to team games, as well as a comfortable locker room and recreation areas, the Moscow City News agency reports.

In Lefortovo, the Cossack Glory Park was put in order, creating a space with playgrounds and a modern workout complex, writes NSN. The park on Krasnokazarmennaya Square and the Hospital Park near the hospital have been renovated. Burdenko, where the coverings were replaced and new lighting was installed. Special attention was paid to the monument to the Heroes of the Patriotic War of 1812, having equipped it with lighting. The order was also restored in the square near the MCD-3 Aviamotornaya station, adding a sports area to it, Moscow 24 notes.

The popular skating rink on Porechnaya Street has been renovated in Marino: the premises have been reconstructed, comfortable changing rooms, a rental office and a waiting area with light swings and sofas have been created.

In Nekrasovka, next to house 11a on 2nd Volskaya Street, a new sports cluster has appeared with an updated all-season playground, workout room, exercise equipment area and boxing ground. The Lovers' Alley was renovated in the quiet recreation area, reconstructing the paths, installing new benches and photo zones, the website writes kp.ru .
