Russian President Vladimir Putin has signed a decree on conscription of Russian citizens who are in reserve. The relevant decree was posted on the official Internet portal of legal information on December 8.

It is noted that employees of the Armed Forces (AF) of the Russian Federation, military units of the Ministry of Emergency Situations, Rosgvardiya, FSB and state security agencies will be called up for training.
