They added that on December 9-10, meetings are planned with the country's top political and military leadership, heads of law enforcement and law enforcement agencies, as well as a visit to the Monument to Fallen Heroes with the laying of wreaths at the memorial. The delegation will also get acquainted with a number of facilities of the military-industrial complex.

"Sergei Shoigu is expected to be received by General Secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Vietnam To Lam and Prime Minister Pham Minh Tinh, and meetings will be held with Minister of Public Security of Vietnam Lyng Tam Quang and Minister of National Defense Fan Van Zang," the press service said.
