Soldiers of the 1435th Motorized rifle (assault) regiment of the Center group of forces liberated the village of Rovnoye in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR). The relevant footage was provided by the Russian Defense Ministry on December 8.

According to the command, the fighters knocked the enemy out of houses and from the streets, and the street battles recorded by objective surveillance footage showed the courage of the Russian military. During the storming of one of the two-storey houses, the militants of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) tried to retreat, but were ambushed and destroyed. The rest laid down their weapons and surrendered.

The advance of the assault groups was facilitated by complex artillery strikes and calculations of FPV drones of the troops of the unmanned systems of the Center group, which suppressed the identified firing points and enemy locations.
