On December 8, the Russian Prosecutor General's Office (GP) approved an indictment against the top political and military leadership of Ukraine in the criminal case of genocide.
"The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has approved an indictment in a criminal case against the political and military leadership of Ukraine on the genocide of the population of the Donetsk and Lugansk People's Republics," the agency's website says.
