Germany, France and Italy will make the largest contribution to securing loans to Ukraine from Russia's frozen assets. This was reported by the Politico newspaper on December 8.

According to the newspaper, last week the European Commission (EC) announced to diplomats the "fabulous sums" that the EU countries will have to provide as a guarantee for issuing a loan to Kiev.
