Three settlements of the Rostov region were left without power supply due to damage to power lines as a result of an attack by unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). This was announced on December 8 by the governor of the region, Yuri Slyusar.
"In the Chertkovsky district, the village of Mankovo-Kalitvenskoye, the farms of Gusev and Mariany were de-energized due to damage to power lines," he said in a message on his Telegram channel.
He clarified that the power supply in the village was promptly restored, and work in the farms will begin during daylight hours.
In addition, the governor added that the air defense forces repelled UAV attacks on five districts of the region. According to him, no one was injured as a result of the incident. Slyusar clarified that the roof of a private house was damaged during the attack in the Lenin farm in the Millerovsky district.
On December 7, Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of the Belgorod Region, reported that a civilian was injured in a UAV attack on a commercial facility in the village of Borisovka. It was clarified that the explosion also damaged the canopy of the building and the car.
