The Cabinet of Ministers approved the employment of women without probation with children under three years of age

The Cabinet of Ministers approved an initiative that prohibits the establishment of a probation period for women with children under the age of three when applying for employment. This follows from the Cabinet's response, which was reviewed by TASS on December 8.

According to the document, it is proposed to amend Article 70 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, which currently provides benefits for mothers raising children under the age of one and a half years. This bill is aimed at expanding the scope of this benefit.
