Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League (LBI), said on December 7 that every second child expresses a desire to leave Russia after blocking online platforms.

"Naturally, even now I can't pass by when children cry, and every second child writes after decisions to block platforms that they want to leave Russia. These are children aged 8-16. These are guys who always carry Russian flags everywhere. Sincerely and from the bottom of my heart," the message on the Telegram channel says.
