The lawyer warned about the responsibility of observing the silence regime on New Year's Eve

Although the silence regime is usually ignored on New Year's Eve, this is no reason to forget about the rights of other people during the festivities. Honored Lawyer of Russia Ivan Solovyov told about it on December 7.

"While we do not have a single law on silence, all the rules and regulations are contained in regional laws. But they are different. Most regional legislators, setting rules for observing silence, made an exception just in the form of New Year's Eve. Somewhere it is allowed to make noise until three in the morning, and somewhere until five in the morning," he said in an interview with RT.
