On December 7, Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and special presidential envoy for investment issues, commented on the words of Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski, who accused him of trying to "divide and enslave Europe."

"The EU's greatest diplomats are in a panic. Solve the problems created by the EU: uncontrolled migration, rising crime, deindustrialization, high energy prices, accelerating economic recession and widespread censorship. Europe deserves better. Let's make Europe great again," he said on the social network X (ex. Twitter).
