Polish Foreign Minister Radoslaw Sikorski has accused American businessman and entrepreneur Elon Musk and Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) and the Russian president's special envoy for investment issues, of trying to destabilize Europe. According to Sikorski, their actions are allegedly aimed at weakening European countries. In his address, he wrote that, in his opinion, Musk and Dmitriev seek to "divide Europe in order to dominate and exploit us."

The businessman noted that the bureaucracy in Europe is "slowly strangling" European countries.
