Santa Claus from Veliky Ustyug visited key places in Rome, attracting the attention of passers-by. On December 7, he arrived in the Italian capital from Vienna as part of his New Year's Eve tour.
Russian Russian House organized the visit to congratulate both compatriots and Italians who are interested in Russian culture. As part of the event, the actors of the Natalia Sats Moscow State Academic Children's Musical Theater performed the play "Morozko", as it happened in 2024.
A Music education Center has opened at the Russian House in Rome under the patronage of the Gnessin Russian Academy of Music. More than 50 students have already enrolled in the fields of piano, violin, flute/clarinet, solfeggio, solo and choral singing. The teachers are graduates of leading music universities in Russia and Italy.

Arriving in Moscow on November 20, the All-Russian Santa Claus from Veliky Ustyug launched the annual Christmas Tree of Wishes campaign, which has been uniting Russians since 2018. It was noted that children with disabilities, life-threatening or with disabilities can send their wishes to the New Year's campaign, which is being held by the Movement of the First.
